Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://mommymaidsjackson.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Mommy Maid's reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Service Description. This Site describes Commercial Cleaning, Residential Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning provided by Mommy Maid's. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Ownership. Mommy Maid's (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Termination. Mommy Maid's may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

No Warranties. Mommy Maid's disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation. In no event will Mommy Maid's's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Mommy Maid's against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of WI, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in WI.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
